2K27 Mini Marksman vs Shot Length
NBA 2K27 Mini Marksman helps shorter shooters against long defenders. Returning Shooting badge. Tall wings skip this page. Closeouts belong on Deadeye.
You are shorter. They are long. Mini Marksman is that mismatch jumper. A tall wing does not need this page.
Current for the NBA 2K27 MyPLAYER Builder reveal.
Shorter shooter, longer contest
Mini Marksman is a returning Shooting badge. The official job helps shorter shooters against long defenders.
Read both halves:
- You are the shorter shooter.
- The contest is length, not just a late closeout.
A same-size closeout tax is Deadeye. Extra three-point distance is Limitless Range.
| Mismatch | Mini Marksman? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Short shooter vs long defender | Yes | Official job |
| Same-size closeout | No | Deadeye |
| Deep three with no height gap | No | Limitless Range |
| Standing mid with no length gap | No | Static Middy |
Height is a Builder slider, not a copied table
The Builder shows whether your size can take this badge and what it costs. This page will not invent a height cutoff.

Am I too tall for Mini Marksman?
If you are not the shorter shooter in the mismatch, skip it. The official sentence is written for the small shooter, not the long defender.
