2K27 Synergy Fuse Reaction Slots
2K27 Synergy has 16 slots: twelve +1 and four +2. Fuse boosts a badge all game and frees tokens. Reaction waits for Fuse to fire. See how Legend is reached.
Synergy is how a badge goes past the ceiling attributes alone can buy. There are 16 slots: twelve +1 and four +2. You still cannot take Legend at create-a-player. A +1 or +2 boost is how a Gold badge can reach Legend later.

Fuse versus Reaction
Every pairing has two halves.
| Half | What it does | Why you care |
|---|---|---|
| Fuse | +1 or +2 for the whole game | The badge is stronger from tip-off, and the tokens it would have spent come back |
| Reaction | The same +1 or +2 after the Fuse badge fires enough times | The second badge only gets the boost mid-game |
How many Fuse activations unlock Reaction is not published. Read that number in the Builder Glossary, not on a copied chart.
Fuse is the always-on half. Reaction is the “you used the first badge enough” half.
How this reaches Legend
Attributes can take a badge up to Hall of Fame. Synergy is the published path past that line.
A +1 on Bronze can read as Silver. A +2 on Gold can read as Legend. Those are examples of the boost math, not a promise that every badge has a cheap Legend route.
If the Builder will not let you pick Legend at create-a-player, that is the rule. Spend tokens on a legal tier, then use Synergy after the boosts are unlocked.
What Synergy is not
Synergy is not a 21st badge slot. It is not a Loadout. It is not a Cap Breaker.
You still need the badge in inventory and a legal pairing. Clip examples that pair Posterizer with Lightning Launch, or Handles for Days with Dimer, are illustrations. They are not a pairing table.
Unlocking Synergy itself is a progression gate. The Builder is the place that shows when your save has the slots.
