2K27 Posterizer Dunks on Defenders
NBA 2K27 Posterizer helps dunks on a defender while driving. Returning Finishing badge. Standing dunks and alley-oops use Rise Up or Aerial Wizard instead.
You are driving. A defender is there. You dunk on them. Posterizer is that poster. A standing two-foot dunk is Rise Up. A lob dunk is Aerial Wizard.
Current for the NBA 2K27 MyPLAYER Builder reveal.
Drive dunks, not standing dunks
Posterizer is a returning Finishing badge. The official job is dunks on a defender while driving.
Read both halves:
- You are driving.
- You dunk on a defender.
A standing dunk in the paint fails the first half. An alley-oop fails the drive.
| Dunk | Posterizer? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Dunk on a defender while driving | Yes | Official job |
| Standing dunk in the paint | No | Rise Up |
| Alley-oop dunk | No | Aerial Wizard |
| Putback dunk | No | Aerial Wizard |
| Contact layup | No | Physical Finisher |
It does not replace Pace
Faster sprints with the ball are Pace. Posterizer starts when the dunk is already the play.
Will an open drive dunk still use Posterizer?
The official sentence needs a defender. An empty-rim dunk is not the published job.
